General terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

The following agreement governs the use of mobile applications and the website the mobile emotion GmbH, Ahegg 22, 88239 Wangen im Allgäu (hereinafter referred to as app or provider) and the user. Mobile emotion apps are only available through the official services and offerings of Apple Inc. and Google.

The use of the application is free. Within the applications, further offers or additional functions can be submitted to the user, which extend the scope of the application or adapt the application as a whole to the wishes of the user. If the user realizes offers within the app, the billing takes place via the respective app store (in-app purchases) or alternatively the payment service offered in the app. In general, subscriptions end automatically after the specified runtime. Exceptions may be in-app purchases purchased through the Apple AppStore. Here the user is however always informed in the purchase dialog, should an offer extend itself.

§ 3 age
The use of the app camigo without the use of a user account is possible without minimum age. The scope of services is limited in this case and offers only information services. The use of the integrated Massengers is not possible in this case. For the full use including the messenger services (Chat and OpenMessageBoard) the registration via a user account is necessary. The minimum age is 16 years. By registering, the user confirms that he fulfills the legal regulations concerning him. This also means that – as required – the consent of at least one parent or guardian is present.

§ 4 Access data and registration

The use of the app can be done without registration. The scope of services is however limited, see §2. The regular registration requires a valid e-mail address and any username. All other information is voluntary and can be additionally controlled via the visibility settings. An account can also be done using an existing facebook or google + account. The user is responsible for ensuring that access data are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.

§ 5 Availability and technical requirements

Using state-of-the-art and scalable server systems, we try to provide the app with the greatest possible availability of the included services. Should faults occur within the data center commissioned by us or line faults on the Internet (also as a result of force majeure), there is no entitlement to performance, compensation for damages or reduction of any services provided via in-app purchases. Temporary business interruptions due to the usual maintenance times, system-immanent disturbances of the Internet with foreign network operators and in case of force majeure are possible. There is no liability for the constant availability of the online connection. Claims for compensation in the event of business interruption or system failure can not be asserted.

In order for the app to be used properly and in full, the user should have compatible devices and the most up-to-date operating system (iOS and Android). Regular updates of your devices may also be required. Using our apps also requires Internet access. This may cause costs under the terms of the mobile user agreement. mobile emotion assumes no liability for any costs arising from any possible data transmissions or damage to devices that are related to the use of mobile emotion GmbH apps.

§ 6 Use of media

If the user makes pictures or videos about functions of the app on his personal social media accounts of supported companies (Facebook, Instagram, youtube etc.), a corresponding note (posted by camigo, via camigo or the like) can be placed. camigo is allowed to take photos and videos of camping sites, pitches or their surrounding point-of-interest for advertising and promotional purposes on social networks (eg, instagram,, including the creation date and the user name reuse. § 7 Misuse of Data – Protection of Youth and Personality

Any use and distribution of texts, information, images and videos within the application, which constitute unlawful or immoral content (in particular youthful, violent and all nudist or pornographic content, as well as insulting and derogatory content) or against the rights of third parties (eg personality or copyright ) is expressly prohibited. A reported or otherwise known violation will result in the immediate closure of the account. Likewise, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages in case of deliberate or negligent misuse or violation. Furthermore, special functions can only after previous security or. Identity check will be unlocked. The operator can check texts, pictures and videos before publication for violation of these specifications. For this purpose, technical aids are used as needed.


§ 8 Liability

The installation and use of applications is at your own risk. Liability for damage to hardware or otherwise installed software is excluded. § 9 Final Provisions

Contracts or completed in-app purchases between the user of the app and the mobile emotion GmbH are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
